These Terms govern your use of Cognify’s website, services, and features. By accessing Cognify, you agree to follow all the terms listed below.

1. Using the Platform

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may not attempt to bypass security mechanisms, reverse engineer systems, or interfere with quiz generation or analytics.

We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or security risks.

2. AI-Generated Content

Quizzes generated by AI are provided “as is.” We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of questions, hints, or suggestions produced by the AI engine.

By using Cognify, you agree that AI output may contain imperfections and is intended for educational purposes.

3. Accounts & Sessions

Cognify enforces single-login sessions. When a new login occurs, older active sessions will be deactivated.

Refresh tokens rotate automatically for security. Misuse or sharing of tokens is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Cognify, including its UI, design, backend architecture, quiz engine, caching system, and AI logic, is protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cognify is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, quiz inaccuracies, or performance issues caused by external services (AI, network, or hosting providers).
